Getting your bouquet to me is simpler than most couples expect. You can either drop your flowers off at my Harrogate studio or send them via next-day delivery, using Royal Mail’s collection/postal service.
If you’re posting your bouquet, I provide a detailed information pack that walks you through exactly how to prepare and package your flowers so they arrive safely. It includes step-by-step instructions, timing guidance, recommended courier options, and simple tips to help keep your flowers in the best possible condition while they travel.
Many couples choose courier delivery and are surprised by how straightforward it is, but if you’d prefer to hand deliver your bouquet, you’re very welcome to arrange a drop-off at the studio instead.

Our frames feature two layers of glass, creating a unique floating effect.
We provide two styles: bouquet style and a minimalist, airy design. Please view examples within the gallery below.
We use a large 16 × 20”, handmade, solid wood frame. Perfectly suited to the size of a bridal bouquet.

Once dried, your flowers are carefully reassembled
Your frame is designed in your chosen style (bouquet or airy style)
A design is then shared with you for approval
Once approved, your final invoice is issued

We use art glass as our standard option to minimise the fading of your flowers. Though fading is a natural process, art glass offers better protection than standard glass, helping to preserve the beauty of your blossoms for a longer time.
Art glass is anti-reflective, enhancing both the appearance and clarity of your frame, making your flowers stand out beautifully, while offering UV protection to prevent fading.

Our turn around time is approximately 18 weeks during wedding season. My timeline for completing orders fluctuates throughout the year around wedding season.
During peak wedding months, flowering for weddings takes priority, so designing and framing happen slower during this time.
Scheduled/public holidays may also impact the timeframes.
Book your space for bouquet preservation
We take on a limited number of bookings per year, so pre-booking is highly advised.
We must receive your bouquet no later than 72 hours following your event.
For deliveries, next-day delivery must be used. Please select the day you expect your bouquet to arrive, and select any time.
